Cancelation of any order for any reason will be charged a $1995 restocking fee.

The Manufacturer’s Warranty covers all manufacturers defects on parts for 2 years from the date of purchase.

*This Manufacturers warranty only includes replacement of the parts themselves. You the owner of the golf cart will be charged for labor, and any delivery fees involved with replacement parts. You may choose to use any mechanic of your choosing.

Lead acid batteries & Charger

Lead acid batteries come with an 18 Month Manufacturer Warranty.

* This Manufacturers warranty only includes replacement of the batteries and chargers themselves. You the owner of the golf cart will be charged for labor and any delivery fees involved with replacing batteries. You may choose to use any mechanic of your choosing.

Lithium ion batteries & Charger

Lithium Ion batteries come with an 8 Year Manufacturer Warranty.

* This Manufacturers warranty only includes replacement of the batteries and chargers themselves. You the owner of the golf cart will be charged for labor and any delivery fees involved with replacing batteries. You may choose to use any mechanic of your choosing.

*Any modifications (App/Mechanical) can result in speeds in excess of Manufacturer. recommended limits for safe vehicle operation, State/Province/Territory/local Laws.

Please use caution when trying to obtain speeds in excess of 25MPH.

By changing the speed in the app or mechanically you are accepting all risk and liabilities, and voiding your warranty.
